The Poas Volcano National Park is the country’s most visited National Park. It’s easy access trail, even for the handicapped intended, leads to on of the world’s largest crater in diameter. Located high above the mountains, but only approx. 1.5 hrs away from San José, it is also possible to visit the La Paz Waterfalls and a coffee tour!
